Spiel macht frei

In a backalley of Montreal, I saw this backyard where lied these bicycles, left alone as if the children that were playing with them had suddenly disappeared. Usually these objects evoke happiness and children laughs. Here however the atmosphere was very still and sad, as if I was standing in front of the gate of a cemetary.
